We are excited that you want to help people FIND LIFE by leading a LifeGroup. This application is your first step in our process to help you be equipped to lead a healthy LifeGroup. This will help us get to know you a little better and help us guide you through our training process. Once this application is submitted, one of our LifeGroup staff will be in touch to schedule a meeting and discuss your next steps.
