LifeGroup Childcare Reimbursement Guidelines

At GraceLife, we believe that LifeGroups are key to growth & community. We want to make it easy for parents to attend a group. So, we offer childcare reimbursement to our LifeGroup Leaders.

If a sitter is arranged for the group, we encourage you to have parents chip in to cover the cost. However, we do not want cost to become a deterrent for someone to be part of your group. As such, well reimburse you for any out of pocket cost you have as the leader, up to $10/hr per sitter.
For groups who do not arrange childcare, or for parents with difficult circumstances, we will also reimburse them directly for childcare arranged on their own. Please fill out this form on their behalf.
Please submit requests for reimbursement within a month of group meetings with a description of the amount requested. For example: "For 2 meetings, 2 hours, and 1 sitter".
